March Meeting: Matt Anthony

William and Mary’s Matt Anthony will be presenting about his thesis.

Unfortunately, the speaker we had hoped to present, speaking about Fascinating Feathers, has cancelled due to illness. In March, we will be hosting wildlife rehabilitator, Maureen Eiger, who will be speaking about the biology of feathers. Her talk, Fascinating Feathers, is an in-depth study of bird feathers, answering many of the questions birders have about this important aspect of bird biology.

His topic Wednesday night with center around conservation strategies for the Golden-winged Warbler.

It should be a very interesting and dynamic presentation. Please mark your calendars and join us at William and Mary’s Integrated Science Center, room 1127. January Meeting: Bob Schamerhorn “Atlantic Coastal Birds”
